“Being part of an Art for All Mental Health group has given me purpose, practical ways to manage my mental health, and a community that truly understands.”

Art for All Mental Health provides therapeutic creative sessions for adults living with mental health conditions across Cheltenham and Gloucestershire.

Living with a mental health condition can be isolating, our groups offer a safe and welcoming place where people can use creativity as a practical way to support their mental health while connecting with others who understand.

Sessions run regularly from our hub at Gas Green Community Centre, at local green park space, from local community venues and through our outreach programme. Activities include drawing, painting, printmaking, creative woodworking, craft, poetry and photography.

Many participants tell us that coming to Art for All Mental Health helps them feel less isolated, more confident and better able to cope with everyday life.
